Registration Issues

  1. If you have existing account on hackersEra app then sign up with your existing email
  2. You cannot update your name and email so enter your correct name and email
  3. Password Policy: Password must be have at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, 1 special symbol and at least 7 character long
  4. After successful sign up you will get verification link on your email and mobile number (It takes some time)
  5. If you wouldn't get verification link or any other issues occurs then contact to hackersEra team on [email protected]

Login Issues

  1. If 'Unexpected Server Error' message is displayed please check your whether internet connection is stable
  2. If 'Please verify your Email before login' error message is displayed, please check your registered email for a mail from [email protected] and click on the verification link before login
  3. If 'Please verify your Mobile before login' error message is displayed, please check your SMS for verifying your hackersera account before login
  4. Three unsuccessful login attempts will block your account and it couldn't be unblocked automatically, to unblock your account send email on [email protected] from your registered email ID

Forgot Password

  1. You will receive the OTP on your registered email after requesting
  2. Enter the OTP and generate your new password

Request Device Change

  1. Device Change Request only for those who purchased course else create a new account
  2. Device Change Request is limited once per user
  3. Do email from your registered email address only

Course Related

  1. HackersEra courses can ONLY be accessed from our mobile App
  2. There are no deadlines to begin or complete the course. You get lifetime access of purchased courses
  3. When you complete your course 70% or more then you can request us to get your certificate. We will send your certificate on your registered email id
  4. HackersEra supports multiple payment methods, depending on your country or region
  5. You can write reviews and rate the purchased courses

Course Content/Video Related

  1. All the course videos and its contents are copyrighted
  2. Recording, sharing and reuse of any kind is illegal, which will lead to legal action and compensation
  3. You need to download videos before you can watch them using our app
  4. After clicking download button you can see the download progress and their details in your default download manager
  5. If download has been completed and play button is not visible then just collpse and expand that particular section or press back button and come back to the course again

Video Player Related

  1. Swipe right to forward video by five seconds
  2. Swipe left to rewind video by five seconds
  3. You can Lock and Unlock the video player
  4. Multiple playback speed are supported

Profile Related

  1. You can update your password, currency and mobile number
  2. After you update your mobile number you will be logged out from the app. You'll receive verification link on your updated mobile number. After successful verification you can login again

Rooted Phone Related

  1. We do not support rooted phones / phones with unlocked bootloader / emulators. If you face this kind of issues, use unrooted/stock/locked bootloader
